With a passion for transforming metal into functional and aesthetically captivating pieces, Gerard is a distinguished metals fabricator and engineer known for his innovative approach to bespoke metal fabrication. Over the years, Gerard has earned a reputation as a visionary producer of one-of-a-kind metal products, capable of breathing life into any design.
Gerard holds an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Diploma in Project Management, has a trade background as a first-class metals fabricator engineer, is lean, and six sigma trained and has a myriad of certificates in frontline management and leadership.
His skills have been developed and honed since a very young age. With young age comes a nature of inquisition, “I spent many years hanging out in the workshop with my father “watching” his mastery”.
“Often, I would get in my father’s way, wanting to touch and “play” with everything. However, upon reflection I learnt so much just being in my fathers presence. When the opportunity arose to follow in my father’s footsteps, I did not realize what journey I would be taken on”.
A venture out of the workshop and building industry took Gerard into mining and engineering which solidified the desire to own and run his own business and his academic journey not only provided a strong foundation but also instilled a commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the metal fabrication, architectural and building and construction industries whilst staying true and respectful to the teachings of his father.
